Homogenized vs. Non-homogenized
A - Protein
In Homogenized Milk, the proteins are taken out. Protein is needed for building muscles

Homogenized milk will take the fat golube out of it’s equation for healthy fat.
C - Cream
Milk that isn’t homogenized will have cream rising to the top, giving it that tasty texture
D - Cooking
It has been recommended by top chefs to use non-homogenized milk for cooking
